What Are HELIX Collectibles?#

Collectibles are universal digital items — clothing, vehicles, accessories, homes, art pieces, and more — that you can use across various HELIX worlds and trade with other players via the HELIX Market. Most collectibles are purely cosmetic.

Think of them like digital sneakers, cars, or artwork: items that let you express identity and style in a shared universe.

Creator Control and Immersion#

Every world in HELIX is unique — and so are its rules. World creators and server owners can choose to disable or restrict certain collectibles if they don’t fit the setting.

For example, a medieval roleplay server might block modern cars or futuristic outfits to keep immersion intact, while a city world might allow anything.

This flexibility ensures collectibles enhance the experience rather than disrupt it.

Why Do They Have Real Prices?#

Collectibles are part of the HELIX Market, a platform-wide marketplace where users can buy, sell, and trade securely. Prices are set by the community, just like the Steam Community Market — HELIX simply provides the infrastructure to make trading safer, faster, and easier. HELIX handles payment, delivery, and fraud protection automatically.

Are Collectibles NFTs or blockchain based?#

No, Collectibles are not NFTs and do not incorporate any blockchain technology.

Are These Required to Play?#

Not at all. Collectibles are optional enhancements for players who want to customize their look, support creators, or collect rare items.
